Kelly is now a week overdue & is booked in for an induction tomorrow. I can't stop thinking about her & she is getting nervous. She has to phone the hospital in the morning to make sure they have room, if so, she goes in at 10am. Hopefully I will be anouncing our new baby grandaughter to you before the weekend is over. :babybuggy:

Kelly called at 3am to say her waters had broken. We went to her house to get Baxter & give her a big hug. She seemed really calm & relieved it had happened naturaly. She was in pain & we wished her luck & waved her off to the hospital. We are now playing the waiting game. Its 11am now & still no news. I hope my little girl is alright. I wish I could be with her. My tummy is in knots & I can't settle!!

Latest update: James called a little while ago & she has had an epidural & is in the final stages. She must be in a lot of pain to have an epidural as she was against having one before. I can't wait to see her & to give my little girl, Kelly, a big hug. :hugsmiley

Oh, I am glad that she didn't have to be induced! You should be hearing some tiny baby cries pretty soon now Sue! This is sooooo exciting! Can't wait to see the new little one!

Thank you girls! Kelly sent a text saying the epidural hit the spot & little one should be here by tea time!! :clap Then we can hopefully get to see them this evening. Just took the dogs for a walk on the beach so they will be nice & tired tonight, its been a long day!! :laughingsmile

oooh yes, fathers day tomorrow...aw James gets his first one in early...he's gonna be one proud dad tomorrow!!

I am begining to think you are right. Everytime he phones it is just to say everything is fine & the doctor will be back later!!! :shrug He last called at 7.30pm & said the doc will be back at 7.45 & it will be time to push!!!! 2 hours of pushing?????!!! My poor baby. :unsure:

Well Im sure by now she is here and all that pushing will be a distant memory! ooh can't wait for a piccy! Come of nannasue update!!!!

I hope Kelly is doing fine. Gosh that brings back terrible memories. Yuck. Well, we all forget after we see the little one come into the world.

Well we finaly got a phone call just after midnight. Our grandaughter was born by cesarian at 10.35pm wieghing 9.2. We still haven't seen her we are now waiting to hear from James about visiting times. My camera is charged up & ready to bore you with lots of pics!!
