In Memory Of Rusty, We never foreget them

Today is the 5th year that Rusty has been gone. I miss him so much. I have been thinking about him because of the losses we have had these last few months.

I want to thank Golden Retiever Lovers for never deleting his picture. Two years ago I lost all my pictures on the computer. I sent it out and they couldn't retiever any of them. When I saw his picture still here I started to cry.

This is why we are all here today. Because of the support each and everyone of us has given the other. I just wanted to thank you. This is why I love you all.

Awww, Rusty was such a handsome boy. I know how much you miss him. My Bailey has been gone for 3 years now and I still think of her everyday and miss her.
They are such a big part of our lives when they are with us--how can we ever stop thinking of them and missing them when they leave us? My heart goes out to you & Rusty.

I remember Rusty too Carol - a very handsome boy! It does get easier with time but we do not ever forget them. They touch our lives in a special way that only they can. Take some time to remember all the special things about Rusty that made you love him, made you laugh and remember how he loved you back. Thank you Donna. I want you to know that your post made me cry so hard. My husband said why are you crying. I am so sorry he left us so soon. I think why I cried was because you did so much to try and save her. Like any of us would. You were stronger than I could ever be. Cancer gets to me real bad. I can't believe our babies have to go through it.

Also our sweet Eddie. Way to young to go and to know the pain Mel felt hurts us all. He was another precious boy.

Our precious Norman. He made people happy with his kind heart. Such a good boy.

Amigo. Another love we will miss. It just all got to me. I hope I didn't forget anyone. It was just to many in a short period of time. SO sad.

Yes my old sweet boy made me laugh and he loved me sooo much. That is what we miss is that they loved us.

So take care my friend. I know you will be smiling again.

I'll stop my blabbering now.

Oh Carol, blabber and blubber away. The loss of our babies hurts whether five days ago or five years. It's so hard... but we all have each other to make it a little easier.

I bet Rusty is up there right now, with Tara and Jake and Norman and Harley and all the other beautiful pups we've lost over the years, laughing at us because they KNOW they'll see us again.

oh Carol, we all remember Rusty and the huge hole he left in your heart, he was a very special boy. I am so glad I have my little golden family on here...none of my real life friends really get the love I have for my dogs and I know you guys will always be here and completely understand!!

RIP to all the special doggies we have lost...they are all up there playing together, having a ball.

You can blabber & blubber all you want. We are each strong in our own ways. You have a heart of gold that reaches out to many, many animals in need. I do not think I could handle that at this point in my life anyway....and then we have our wonderful friends here that foster and others that train their dogs to help people (therapy dogs). We all have our strengths and we all have each other to help when we feel a bit weak.
